Black and white photographs and contact prints demonstrating activities of students through the years. Photographs show pupils engaged in various activities such as sports, dance and gymnastic classes, academic classes, ceremonies, graduation exercises, and plays. Photographs show children from kindergarten through twelfth grade, some teachers and administrators, both formal and candid shots, 1910-1985. Some are identified and dated. Some of the photographs from 1984-1985 of school plays and other special events are in color and have associated negatives. Also color slides of diverse events, inside and outside of school, 1971; and unprocessed slides.

The Society of Friends (or 'Quakers') was formed by George Fox (1624-1691), a shoemaker from Nottingham. In the 1640s Fox travelled throughout England delivering sermons in which he argued that individuals could have direct access to God without the need for churches, priests or other aspects of the established Church.
